They are fishing. The phone number is a text mail phone#. Normally if it seems to good to be true it is. I have a general rule for CL no phone number no reply. Now many are using these fake phone numbers to fish up cell phone #'s for call lists.

I never really thought about that, but I responded to another one a few months ago and didn't get anything like that. I did get a text response about a week later requesting my email and more information to "arrange payment". I always wonder who falls for stuff like that.
