Have you had any issues with the sprocket on the clutch basket breaking? Kinda hard to paint a picture for you since i dont have any pictures, but i have a broken bike in the back.

We have had 2 450 -19s breaking in less than 2 weeks now, where the sprocket has lost a couple of teeth, one bike with 7 hours on it and now one with 12.

Is this a euro-bike issue or has anyone on the other side of the pond experienced this?

If you fuggers would quit lugging your bikes in 4th gear this wouldn’t happen.

Rev them out in 2nd like they’re built to be ran - Merica

I have about 10 hours on my 19 and all good. Got it last week and love it. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to me if it’s a recurring issue with other people. Maybe I’ll throw my Mika front sprocket on it since I have one laying around.

Not front sprocket, the ”sprocket” on the backside of the clutch basket

This was apparently a ktm 65 clutch basket, but this is the ”sprocket” im talking about where a couple of teeth have gone missing, ill se if i can get som pictures when its gone
