The YZ250 has a 2.15" rim for a 110/90.
It would work in a pinch but I wouldn't leave it that way.
If you try to mount a 110 tire on the 250F rim it will squeeze the sidewalls in too much because of the narrower rim.
That will cause traction issues about the same as running the narrower 100 tire.
In 09 the 250f and the 450f went to a larger diameter axle and they will not fit.
