Not a slam on J-Law by any means, just curious.

Is there anything in the rule books about how many times a rider can be suspended before it becomes permanent?

Ive never actually seen a rider suspended permanently, but then again, Ive never seen a rider suspended multiple times in a single season either.

Again, nothing against Jason, just curious if the rule books actually cover something like this.

It is unfathomable to me how a person like you could want so passionately for him to be kicked out forever.

how about a 3 strikes your out rule? no permanent suspension but say one full year from last infraction with no racing. with it being a new rule j-law would get a fresh start and is good to go so it would be up to him if he keeps racing or not ...

If the AMA was impartial, Stewart would be on probation right now and probably suspended. RC wouldnt have got his points back....and so on and so forth....governing body suspensions are a classic display of human behaviour. Kick a guy when he''s down or 'not one of ours'...kiss the poster riders ass till its embarrassing.

If you had ever owned a company or even were a top tier manager at Mcdonalds, you would understand things are not and cannot be black and white. No governor can ever make everyone happy and the best of them take each case on its own merritt usually staying within the guidelines of the law that was laid out for them.

You seem like a hot head?
