Really curious where rv went down in the first practice. The wife is going to want to go do something tomorrow and I'll be sitting in front of the TV all day.... Haha good stuff!

They're not always great quality and some people like to watch without annoying adverts popping up all the damn time.

Checking out the schedule. Crazy the season goes til September. That's awesome. There's quite a few two and three week breaks between races. That's a little rough for fans. Awesome for the riders though.
no , they have to fit in their own national championships in the off weeks ... no breaks to speak of

Yep but you have to watch the races live, can't watch them on demand later if you miss them and in HD. Worth the 5 or 6 euros per race IMO...

Call me what you want... Deal is, I own multiple businesses and tend to feel I have a little understanding of economics.. . .and a belief the more we support the industry and decisions like rv's decision to race the gp's with actual money.. . The better off the industry will be moving forward.. .the better racing will be... Guess I could also just be a complete retard

Of course 6 EUR is a good waste. Mutch better than watch the race in place. But thats my opinion. I sweared to my seflf after the last MKXDN. This is my last time when I'm coing to circuit. You donnd understand nothing whats going on, drumk people everywere, and so ,on. Mutch better to wathc at home from big flat 55' tv, and know what the actual race situation is, and enjoy the racing, ejoy the beer an himselfLaughing

That's all very well, but Youthstream spend quite a lot of money to bring us live footage, whether on TV or the Internet. I've never really understood why passionate Motocross enthuisiasts refuse to pay $7 to watch over four hours of live racing, but then happily spend the same mount of money on some other shit that they don't even think twice about.

If you refuse to pay because you don't want to line the pockets of Youthstream thats fine, I can somewhat understand that. But remember if they didn't go to the effort of filming the races live and making them available to everyone around the world to watch Live we would probably be relying on Twitter to follow them.

regarding the free practice times- means nothing really. Nagl is well known for not really trying in free practice, some guys go fast in free practice, some dont! suppose we will see more when the qualifying races take place. I would imagine the track will have been watered quite heavily before free practice with it being such a hot country- probably a bit sketchy out there. Some of them will just be easing into it saving the speed for the quali/ racing!!!!

cant wait for tomorrow- mx1 is going to be awesome!!! such a stacked class this year

same here... they moan about £25 to get into Hawkstone, and sit on the sofa instead wearing £100 trainers that never leave the house.

and think nothing of blowing £100 + and pissing it away.... everyone complains about small costs to do with the sport- its a joke!!! makes me laugh when people complain about £25-£30 practice fees aswel

I agree. I dont know what they cost over there, but think of it this way, in the US cost for an individual race through Youthstream is about the same as two of the big cans of Monster.
