Y’all catching these “vibes” on tonight’s show with Cade? Incredibly awkward. Totally cringe worthy. I love it!

I’ve been a listener for a while now, haven’t listened to a show this clunky since the last time Paul Lindsey was on. Or maybe Gibbs

He was only on the 250 side of the team and only after Wil left…he’s at RMATV KTM replacing Byrner who is now with Cooper Webb…and yes Seth was Cooper’s man friend when he was on 250’s…..

Was a good show, I enjoy Cade’s input but his Vs Eli on a two stroke take was bloody awful.

RC, Chad and Stew raced KW ON A 450 on their four strokes. Pretty sure they whooped him most nights and that Honda isn’t world’s worse than what they have now.

Eli is the equivalent, ie one of the pinnacle guys, Steve was right saying MC’a bike is basically like Chad’s, we’ve read that they were similar for a long time, and Cade is not near KW.

Let alone the tracks being more technical then vs now. Crikey.

Felt like Cade was trying to have opposing opinion on anything Steve said. His take on tomac was way out in left field too. I like Cade but he’s not very good solo on pulp

Just because he likes to talk A LOT, doesn't make him insightful. In my opinion Cade gets out over his skis often, like he's trying too hard to be the insightful guy.

Just my opinion, but he definitely thinks he's a bigger deal than he is. I guess as a professional athlete you have to have some of that mentality, but man I just can't get on board with how he comes across on Pulp.

This thread let me down. I’m 3 hours in and the show and Cade have been great so far. I’m assuming it must really go off the rails at some point?

EDIT: They have a debate in the last hour that kind of goes in a circle a couple of times and Matthes gets tired of it but I’d hardly call that a meltdown. He said he was done talking for the rest of the show as a joke as you could clearly tell by the way he continued to host the show until the end.

ARay strikes me as the rider that will go buy a bike from a different shop than the one that sponsors him because he thinks he is getting a better deal. Actually, ARay and Clason seem like grown men children. I was younger then but I don't remember the 20 somethings of the 90's being such immature dbags. It is kind of embarrassing for our sport.

Since when do riders have to exclusively deal with one media outlet?

And maybe i see your point about ARay being a little bit immature. But I really dont see it with Cade, he seems like he has his head screwed on, always comes across very polite, and sounds like he takes his racing very seriously.

This is what I got from it too. He disagreed on every single topic possible for 4 hours.

The RT rant segment was fucking brutal. Cade literally had 0 insight to why he was trying to argue but just kept disagreeing and defending a random idiots email. It was like listening to a 5 year old argue lol.

Steve has always held contempt for his listeners, he’s been calling “us” idiots pretty much the entire time, it’s pot meet kettle ya know? He is a great host/podcaster, Is he extremely mediocre at everything else? Probably.
