If you haven't noticed most of the guest are some way a sponsors of the show. If you pay you get to have your two cents heard. All about the Benjamin's.

Mountain biking is saving Steve’s life. Dude has lost a ton of weight and is healthier than he’s been in a long time. When you get infected by the MTB and good health bug, you want to share it with the world. I back him.

Then don’t listen. It’s not like it’s 5 hours of mountain bike talk.

I do both sports, as well as most people I ride with or know. I think its great. Just about every top name guy of this sport trains on one. MTB'ing does not have a great podcast, its good to hear it on Pulp.

I enjoyed hearing from the Intense guys. Whenever I get the urge for another bike I’ll for sure give them a look.

It’s not like there’s 30 other podcasts to listen to if you’re that butthurt over a little mountain bike talk. Steve even said at the beginning that the intense guys were gonna be there for the first part of the show.

Damn him from getting an outside the industry sponsor and having a very relevant moto-related discussion with cool people. DAMN HIM!

I'm fine with sponsor guests...Hearing from random riders (aside from the well spoken popular ones) talk about their weekend like robots is boring.

I don't listen to pulpmx as much as I used to, but MTB is awesome! I do it more than MX at this point in my life.

Has he had any of the DH guys on? I know back in the day most of the downhill guys would moto on the side ... Shaun Palmer probably being the best of them. We used to stop by Intense after riding the Elsinore track and Steber (Jeff) owner of Intense) was def into moto.

And on top of that has been in the sport since the early 90s.

People will complain about anything.

Isn't it his show. Can he not talk about what he wants to?

I was thinking the same thing. I love everything Pulp but this episode was not that good because of this reason (I fast forwarded over an hour of the show), I'm not complaining to much though, Steve puts out so much (good) content.

John Erik is a great guest with unique insight into motorcycle business, absolutely worth a listen. I do wish they would get him back on to just talk moto though. Mountainbikes are good, Dirtbikes are still better though.

Mountain biking hasn't, but ebiking seems to be doing well for him. The two are not the same.

I friggin loved the mtb stuff, especially the Palmer talk. It funny how Steve assumes he's faster than Gwin on a motocross bike lol. He should have Gwin on as a guest. In case people don't know Mtbing is blowing up right now while MX is falling off, Steve should try and grab some of the Mtb mojo, before long it might be Pulp MTB.

I enjoyed it! Jeff Steber is a legend and the moto cross over is relevant, plus it's not like Steve doesn't cover moto in the other bajillion hours he produces every week.

After dark with the Chiz's was good also, I was laughing. Don't fart in bed people. It's bad.

It's crazy. Luckily I live 5 min from the best trails in DFW (not a MTB mecca by anymeans) and it is PACKED on any given week day after work.

I like it but I wish he would stop going on about how the bigger front wheel on his bike is 'moto', as if moto guys would somehow get on better with that bike because of the different wheel sizes compared to a regular bike. A Penny Farthing also has a larger front wheel, is that 'moto' too? Silly

Mtbing is a challenge, it takes an investment in pain and suffering, but the final outcome can be a high level of fitness. Like anything else, you get back what you put in. Dirt sessions out in the local hills can be so fulfilling, it’s ridiculous. I even met my girl out on the trails a couple of years ago.

Exactly....Steve has spoiled us all and given his life to this, let’s not shit all over him for helping promote a brand and getting himself healthier in the process
