I just bought a new '19 YZ250f and am starting to think about which exhaust I'll throw on her. All I've bought for years is FMF and thinking I'd like to switch it up. How are the PC exhaust setups for the YZf? I was thinking about just doing a slip on but if worth while, go for full system.

Something quieter with more bottom end would be nice!

I’d highly recommend the Yoshimura if you’re looking for good bottom end response and sound quality. The Pro Circuit I tried on that model pushed more towards mid to top gains and kind of lost bottom end response.

I would honestly suggest just the Yosh slip on. I put this on my 19 YZ250F simply because i hated the stock muffler sound. But at the same time i didn't want to change the characteristics of the stock power curve. If you run the full Yosh system it will change the stock power curve somewhat, but as ML said it will give you the best low end of any of the systems.

Run the stocker until you hurt it. Spend the money on tires and suspension setup. Or get in better shape and lose a few pounds. That will make you faster than anything.

Yes the stock gets blown out crazy fast and sounds terrible. I have the FMF slip on and it’s great. Looks awesome too.

Thanks for the suggestions. How about the akrapovic, any of you have experience with that muffler or system?
