Hi everybody. I am planning on installing my pro circuit ti-6 exhaust on my 21 kx450 tonight. How easy is the install? Any tips or tricks I should know? Thanks!

Make sure you have channel locks a crescent wrench and a framing hammer. Easy money

Don’t forget the duct tape and blowtorch for the precision work.

It’s very simple, take the stock system off and the new one goes on in the reverse order,

PC tolerance is spot on. Should be a exact fit. Mine was.

Clean it really well before startup. If you handled it with greasy hands during install, you will get fingerprints burnt in.

It’s super easy. Just un bolt the old one and the new one should bolt right up. Snug the head pipe but don’t tighten it, slide the muffler on and install mid pipe bolt and muffler bolt and tighten up. Then go back and tighten your head pipe up.

What’s wrong with some of you guys? Apparently he genuinely hasn’t done this before and looking for tips and trick. Not everyone is good with using tools. He could be brand new to our sport?

If you need any help bud, you just message me and I’ll help you with anything! 👍🏻

Thanks man! Appreciate the support. Never done it and didn’t want to mess up the brand new bike. Thanks again!

If he is brand new to this sport and purchase a 21 Kx450f and is bolting on a new PC pipe, he’s gonna have a lot more questions pretty soon, like “how long does it take for broken bones to heal?”.... or “what is the best replacement handlebars to get? Mine are wasted!”

But I agree being nice is the best policy!

Not new buddy. Took a few years off but never done any mods to the bike before. I’m not to concerned, thanks for the concern though.

Congratulations man. I noticed you have the oem mid pipe clamp on there too? That’s not needed on aftermarket systems. You’ll love the bike enjoy.

Thanks man! I didn’t think I needed it but I got it off the old one and figured it wouldn’t hurt. Being in New England (and getting 18 inches of snow) is tough because I am dying to ride it.

OP buys a new great bike and spends some money on a high end pipe. Just wants to know if anyone who has maybe done it before has anything he should know. Sometimes things just don’t fit right or there’s some little nuance to remove or replace. Glad the OP got it done.

So, a guy walks up to you at the track, and asks for input on installing a new exhaust.... you immediately tell him to go look at YouTube, turn around and walk away? Honestly.... genuine question...

Just got your bike from Naults, just for your case in case you didn’t like this bike since I got it with 26 minutes on it for your next bike if you buy a fancy Twin Air billet cage make sure it’s actually seated on the airbox or you’ll blow the next one up. Also 3 of your triple clamp bolts were loose and you were missing a mid pipe bolt. Invest in a torque wrench
