Who is he riding for next year? Still with Factory Connection? I've heard about some budget cuts over there. Could he end up on a KTM?

Preston does not have a ride for this year...... he will likely be sitting out all of 08. When Transworld interviewed him he mentioned that even if something good (not factory) came up he would turn it down since he didnt have a ride he did not test, train or get ready at all so looks like we wont be seeing the colorful Mr. Preston this year... to bad his podium interviews were awesome!

i saw on a flemish mx-site that he's gonna ride the German sx this coming weekend at Dortmund. That is a pretty big race over here in europe but then again it's the tinyest sx for usa standards. It's smaller than arenacross and there will be no competion for Mr.T...

HA !

I don't think Kawasaki, has the funds to place Preston, even if he was to ride for free.

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, (KHI) already is carrying the SX/MX effort. Now with their main staple (Stewart), out for the next four months, they (Kawasaki) will drop in recognition.

My opinion !

It would be nice if all the teams would let replacement riders in for their injured riders, even for a few races.

LOL Thanks, I think. But seriously, the smaller teams most all have hurt riders and would give us struggling privateers a chance at making something happen.

Preston riding out the season on Team Kawasaki. How cool is that?
