Has anyone had their clutch cover powder coated? If so, how did it hold up. Debating on having mine done.

I powder coated the clutch cover on my 2014 KTM 450 and it didn't hold up that well. I painted it in black so it got kind of ugly after a few hours on the bike. But i didn't take my time and put any base color and i didn't sandblast the cover so i guess that you could get a relatively good result if you do it properly.

Current fleet of two wheeled vehicles:

- Suzuki GSX-R 600 K7 track spec
- Canyon Sender CF 8.0 2018 Downhill
- Canyon Spectral:ON 7.0 2019 EMTB
- White GX Pro 20 Gravel

Powder coated my engine covers on my RM125 and they held up super good. Typical wear and scuffs, but it didn't actually wear all the way through the paint.

I wore thru mine in 2 hrs, properly made..

If your not wearing thru it, you don't pinch with your legs and feet grin
