None of my crew has one so I haven't ridden one yet. Currently ride a 17 KTM 450.

I don't have one or ridden one but a few friends have them. The general consensus is that it's a great bike. Probably the only person that would not like it, is if you are the type of rider who is hyper-sensitive to the size of the bike. It still is going to feel bigger than your KTM. For some people (like me) it is a major factor with 450s, but for most people it is not. Ideally, being a Yam guy, I would love to get one. But based on what I like in a 450, the KTM/Husky/Kawi are still a bit more appealing to me. But I have a friend who went to a 20 YZ from a 19 KTM and loves the YZ.

Nah. He gets paid to PROVE that. You gotta get to RV stature before you can get paid just to SAY that.

I have a 2019 KX450 and bought a 2020 YZ450F towards the end of the season. I have 15 hours on it. I really like the bike. I changed the handlebars and left everything else alone. I'm afraid to send the suspension away because i don't want it to get messed up. It's that good. The thickness of the radiator area is a non-issue. What specifically do you want to know? Great bike. With that being said.....i still love my Kawasaki a little more for racing.

I love my 19, and I hear the 2020 is even better. Like someone else said, stock suspension is so good, I'm afraid to touch the valving! I had my guy rebuild my suspension but I told him to keep the valving the same!

The 19 is the Best 4 stroke I’ve ever ridden, so I’d assume the 20 is even better

Send it to someone like Enzo or Brough that knows KYB and it’s will feel even better that’s the crazy part. I loved mine box stock (18 model) finally had suspension done it’s super nice feels plush like stock but stays up in the stroke and handles amazing

I wonder if they still have problems corner entrance
Coming off a 17 KTM, I haven't noticed any hesitation or vagueness. If I do, it's probably because my technique is off.

I just bought one and I’ve ridden a few older models over the years and can say this is the best YZ450F they have ever made. Hands down👊🏼
