Yes it is. I went with the medium foam ( close to stock ) and it's 1" taller than stock. I went with taller because I'm almost 6-1" tall , but got my tail bone bruised twice by the stock thin foam / seat pan. It helped a bunch.

Not a huge difference really. It took a couple rides for me to feel a little more comfortable with it because there is no " dip " in the seat , as she sits pretty flat. It seems a little easier to slide from front to back on it as well , which is kind of nice really. I plan on getting a new TC 250 this spring , and I'm doing the exact same thing to that bike , although I may go with the softer foam so I can settle in a little better. Haven;'t bruised my tail bone again since I got that seat. Been worth every penny.
