Does anyone have a contact number for www.myracenumber.com ? The only way to get in touch with them is through email. I’ve tried everything. Made a purchase over a week ago and they won’t return my messages.

Here you go bud.
"Sorry Goose, but it's time to buzz the tower."
Google images makes it look like a residential address, at best someone working out of their house. They haven't posted anything on Facebook since May and updates on website are from the spring...Might want to start disputing those charges...
Thing is....I purchased with them about a month ago with no issues. So I did another jersey id kit order and Poof! It’s like they vanished.

I just called that number. No one answered so I left a voicemail. Bad business to leave customers in the dark after you’ve paid them over a week ago.

There's two numbers. Did you try both or just the 517-285-5277?
Other one is 888-722-3676

If they don't get back to you and your out the money, send me a email and I will do one to you for free you just pay the shipping. I hate seeing other members get screwed. My email is Austin@mgxunlimited.com
I spent $165 on November 25th buying 3 personalized hoodies for Christmas... it's still "processing". I don't have that money to just throw away if they don't follow through with my order. I have emailed them last week and this week with absolutely no response.
Heather, I’m not sure Wtf is going on with these ppl, but these type of things will hurt their reputation.
@m.Hardesty......they sell custom jersey number transfer kits and other various items.
I believe it's only him and his wife that operate the business and with the holidays just around the corner they could be really busy filling out orders and shipping them out so people can get their orders in time for x-mas.
That said it's still not an excuse to not respond to emails. I don't get why they don't have a business phone number either. It does appear that they work out of their home but if that's the case they should still have another phone line installed for business. Whatever the cost may be, it's a write off.
Hopefully you both hear from them soon and won't lose your money. Don't forget to let them know how you feel about the whole situation and remind them that there's other businesses out there that would gladly accept your money as well.

I called the number one of you posted on here, I didn't get an answer, but within minutes of leaving a message on the voicemail... I got an email reply. He said "Sorry for the delay, your order will ship Thursday". So I guess just be patient.

I really don’t get businesses that don’t answer their phones.
Was the seller rating good? In terms of customers reviews and stuff, I always look there before buying from someone on ebay
I can’t imagine how angry you’re now

I’ll be damn. You actually got an email reply?? Impressive. I had to make EBay/PayPal step in for assistance. Not doing business with this guy anymore. I actually messaged him before I bought my first set because he had an odd feedback rating and only had like 12 sales on eBay, but his description said “sold thousands of these kits”. So then he replies in a bragging manner about how he has sold so many kits to top athletes and that he just started listing his services on eBay. I said ok, fair enough. Ordered a jersey id kit, came in a week later. Boom, no problems. But, to not have a contact number on your fancy new web page is just plain aggravating. Having to come on a forum to dig up your number that has to be looked up through the BBB. C’mon man! And here I was, thinking after I called and left him a voicemail, that surely he’d get back to me ASAP since I was a returning customer. I was wrong. Oh well. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
