Picture uploading problems

Dear Admins, not sure what the reason is, but I am having problems uploading pics for quite a while now.
Does anyone else experience this?
I cannot upload pics from my iphone or laptop. Tried chrome and firefox on the latter.

It's because the vital mx backend was and is still built from 2005 and lacks the basic functions that kids in high school web dev classes could build.

You would think vital would invest just a little money into this stuff.
