That certainly looks like they cut the top off to extricate him . They most likely used a KED .

Wow, that is terrible. Hopefully he is ok & heals up alright! Is it just me or does it seem he ran into some unexpected wind up there & began to "take flight" rather than come down to land on time?? It almost looks while he is in the air like it's getting ready to drop down on time. Then all the sudden, it gets a "floaty" effect going on, the front end starts climbing higher, & it's all bad from there...

I just wonder sometimes what's the point of these crazy huge leaps ?
I think the miscalculation was them not knowing it would catch that air , balloon up and fly an extra 60 feet.
