Yeah when he said that in the interview and after watching it multiple times... I’m guessing he was getting fatigued and just brain farted the entire jump from the take off. Not only does he pitch it way over the front but in the process he goes to shake his arm to try and relieve the arm pump which doesn’t allow him to pull up on the bike to prevent it from keep rotating forward or panic rev to help bring the front end up.
I’m still amazed at the rag doll physics that were applied once he started tumbling though!
