Just reading the "Utah Observations" over at RacerX.......

4 46 Weston Peick Wildomar, CA Suzuki RMZ 450 5 5- Peick just did what Peick does. Great ride for Weston and one that he earned with some hard charges from the back. He also had to bump-start his bike to get to the line for both motos because he probably had some stator issues. And guess what? Look for him to be great again this weekend at Lake Elsinore, as it’s the stuff he rides on all the time. Did you know that Davi Millsaps used Weston Peick to test a 2014 Yamaha for him when he was deciding whether or not he wanted to ride one next year because his team was switching brands? Yeah, that’s right. Rockstar Energy Racing had offers from KTM and Yamaha, and because he couldn’t ride due to injury, Millsaps went to Peick to see how the new bike was. Weird, right?

After reading that....does anyone else see a possible connection with WP46 and RER? Maybe reading too much into it, but will WP46 be on a RER KTM next year?

or possibly it's because Weston, much like Davi, is one of the few riders that couldn't pass as a jockey at the local horse track.

I am going with this. But also, I could see the relationship starting there and blossoming into some support for WP. It's been said too many times but it's baffling how a guy who is getting the results WP is getting hasn't gotten at least SOMETHING. Maybe since he isn't currently a title contendor, he will get an offer a little closer to SX. .

And it seems he's got the hard-starting issues figured out, too.

I know they were still working on it on Saturday morning. Not sure if they got it fixed or not.

haha, well ok there ya go! I was assuming that it was a hint that he had moved onto another bike. That's what I get for assuming everything stated on here is a riddle

Yup

Lou actually sounded pretty darn happy about it, too.
