Hey i saw a while back on here someone talking about sending their pegs somewhere to get widened up a little bit and have new more aggressive teeth welded on. Anyone have any ideas?

Seems easier to just buy aftermarket pegs to me...

Just buy pegs. If you know anything at all about fabrication, its not gonnna be cheap to cut, widen, weld, weld spikes, sharpen spikes, coat the pegs, and return to you. Better off buying some.

I think its works connection that makes a band of teeth you can weld on.

This was popular, before there were so many different aftermarket pegs available.

There's a guy on ebay, that makes pegs very similar to the Raptor titanium footpegs, except he makes his from stainless steel and the price is around 100$. Might be worth giving them a try. I know I would if I didn't get as good of a deal as I did on my Ti.

Edit: Here, found them, pro-SRS

Fastway makes some really good ones. They also have some that ankle savers are integrated into.

They can make them taller for short riders. Metaltek does lots of fab work for race teams like mod sub frames, mounts and tabs.

I have these on my 250XC, they're excellent but after the shipping to the US it's only about $30 cheaper than the lowest priced titanium set.
