Delete and flame if you will. Or discuss.....

I'll probably fall asleep, but I signed up for a Sling TV trial so I can watch. Hope it's not dragged out too bad, but I'm sure it will be quite boring between jumps.

Pretty cool history. I mean apparently Evel just took a shot of wild turkey for preparation and went on instinct. That’s cool.

10 minutes till the first jump.

The whole history of Evel is really cool. Think about it. That dudes a badass. My god.

I actually think it's been a pretty good show. I watched the flatbiller sit between Sal and Knoxville for a half an hour before I realized it was Carey Hart.

It would be non issue on an MX bike. Different story on that Indian with 4" suspension.

|

210 lb RMZ450...hahaha righttttt

|

7/8/2018 5:44 PM

They are playing this up hard. I’m not taking anything away from this, but that Indian is still a far cry from the original machine.

I was smh how do they get that wrong lol.

I don't care it still takes big ones to do this. im hoping it so dialed in he will be good.

|

If I'm healthy enough to complain. I shouldn't be complaining.

7/8/2018 5:48 PM

Yea...kinda corny. I guess to a non-motorcycle person they can compare a quad to a slot machine.....

And this count guy does sound like a bullshitter. That bike isn’t gonna lose performance. arent those bikes fuel injected?

I’m glad I’m not the only one that chuckled when I saw that haha

|

Real talk tho, Couldn’t his personal RMZ450 be down to 210ish?

I think we got the idea of how heavy the bike was without a giant slot machine there or no?

They could have had him standing there instead.......................................

Travis usually does most of his stuff on a RM 250 which is much closer to 210 lbs. Wouldn't be surprised if there was some confusion between the production crew and the weight of what Travis usually does his "stunts" on versus the 450.

|

7/8/2018 5:55 PM

Think about how much more inertia the crank in that Indian has compared to his RM250. If it goes bad, it's going to go real bad.

It is fuel injected, but cold air still produces more power than hot air. Your car doesn't run as good when it's 100 degrees versus 60 degrees.

|

Where the hell is "Kaptain" Robbie? He must have wanted more money to be on the show tonight. F.T.B.

|

7/8/2018 6:00 PM

I'm not a TV producer but little disappointed that they haven't made some pieces on the History of Evil. His childhood, how he became a stuntman, how his hockey team played the USSR...ect...then compare how Travis started and how they are similar and different...could have been a much more interesting show. Just hope Travis is safe and pulls them all...one thing is clear...both guys have huge brass ones.

Yea my wrx runs way better in the winter. Pulls hard.

But I don’t think the temps are gonna really affect this jump as much as they’re hyping it to be. But.....he is taking it longer and farther. I don’t care if I got a team of engineers or not I’m not jumping that many greyhounds. Dudes nuts.

This is for non Moto people. If I look at it that way, it's not a bad publicity stunt. For Moto people, it's pretty weak.

When did he become a Red Bull athlete again?

|

7/8/2018 6:04 PM

Looks like Red Bull is back on board with Pastrana.

Anyone know if it's just for tonight?
