I know a while back he was riding both the 2t and the 4t and people were wondering which bike he was going to ride but he just posted that he'll be on the 2 stroke.

Problem he has now is deciding which one.

Also, check out Reed's comment.

Testing in California.

Not going to lie... I'm a little bummed about this. But at the same time, it will be awesome to see a smoker out there!

Did you see AC's story on Instagram? Hopefully it was of a sight lap or something but he come up short on the table and then had his feet off the pegs in the next corner. Most of Travis' insta videos make it look like he's shredding but this one was a lil concerning.

Is there anymore info on that "prototype". Or is it just a conversion?

What are the rules regarding racing a prototype? I thought there were certain rules to abide by?

Just saw this on IG. Also saw Reeds comment. Interesting that he's still considering doing straight rhythm. I'm wondering what JGR & him have discussed.

Back to Travis, I'm kinda bummed to see him racing a 250. I think he'd have a much better chance of running well on the 450. I guess we'll see. Its coming up fast.

Pastrana knows how to get more fans by running the 2 stroke.

I thought part of the nostalgia was the "2-strokes only" idea? They aren't going to win or even top 10, regardless of two or four strokes. I was sad to see Windham riding a four stroke. Hopefully he was training on that, but had a two stroke ready to ride. Not a good idea in my mind, but I'm also not the smoothest, coolest guy to ride a motocross bike.

So what did Reed say or comment? I guess I suck at Instagram because I don't know how to sort the comments without of reading through hundreds or thousands of them.

Sort of hinting that something is in the works with JGR. Also, JGR keep posting stories on instagram named top secret. Today was a mechanic building a set of wheels.

Really hope they can put something together for Reed for SX 2019.

I can't seem to see Chad's comment.....what did he say?

Btw.....what are the rules and reglation's for this race? Surprises me they would allow an old 2 stroke to race it , but even more surprising they would let a prototype / custom bike compete in this event??

Edit : nvm , just saw Mav's post above about what he said.

My guess would be if the rules are the same as MXGP, then Travis can pretty much run whatever he wants? Isn't the MXGP stuff still pretty wide open as far as "works bikes" is concerned...ie that carbon fiber frame'd RMZ-250 a few years back or the current Dixon KXF with the moved airbox? Could be wrong, just a guess.

So over the whole Puerto Rico thing. This isn't a bake sale fund raiser. He could have used his Vegas jump show to raise more money for charity. Nice pajamas though. Zero respect for him after this. Just my opinion of course.

Let me rephrase that for you:

It’s just your *stupid* opinion

Looks like he was just cruising probably one of his first couple laps on that prototype bike.

I'm a huge fan of Travis and I think it's awesome that him and Sipes are gonna be smokin' at MXdN. That said, more lapped riders is never a good thing.

I think Sipes switched over to the 250f. TP will be the only one on the team riding a 2 stroke.

I can’t argue really. I would love a PR team of let’s say Phil, bloss and Harrison. Let’s send a true B team. I mean let’s not even call it B. They could actually make some noise. In a perfect world
