Local race here in IL. Megacross Ex has both stadium and Ex classes on the same night.
Check out Tommy Hofmaster and Cody Barnes who battled in the 4 lap Dash for cash combining both Sx and Ex.
Here is a pass the Cody pulled on Tommy half way through the race. Tommy went on to win, the Arenacross Veteran has won this event now twice, who knew an ole dog can learn new tricks! Cody Barnes is a local 16 year old up and coming racer with a lot of talent.
If i broke any rules with this post delete it. Just thought with all the cool "big stuff" in here some local home grown rider talent is fun to see once in a while. And by the way, Cody did not touch Tommy in this simply blocked his line. Clean racing and was a blast to watch.

but tommy did hit the brakes and not hit him too.
it was a pretty solid race.
The Shop
Now we are 240-260 depending. We have guaranteed purses so our A riders always come.
but this Cody and Tommy show the other night was remarkable and throw in Kyle White, and a couple local AA Expert Hare Scramble kids our Dash for Cash was a great time. Complete Sx track Complete ex track is one lap they did 4.
There is plenty of You Tube video's our there. And our guy will be doing his stuff (max Akerman) which is professionally done.
just making sure not to make the powers to be mad. it's our race, so it could be considered spam. I just thought it was a cool shot of guys in our local area doing good and competing well.
most of the time it's always about the big show, i get it. but there are thousands more kids/adults in our sport kickin butt and not getting much exposure.
so i guess that would be my explaination.
i wondered if anyone noticed that comment. most times people only look at the photos. LOL
