Damn you Troy Lee...my old size 40 GP pants were roomy and probably a 42 in reality with Velcro on both sides of the waist that suited my pear-shaped abdomen perfectly.
I bought some new cool looking TLD cosmic camo pants in a 40 and these have been redesigned; they are preettty snug in the butt and the waist is about as dicey a fit as you can get.
All the size 40 or 42 pants seem to be black or boring blue.
I will switch from IPA to lite beer but in the interim does anybody know of some decent pants in 42 that aren’t black, aren’t made for a giraffe (I’m 5’10”) and don’t look like they came from Wal-Mart (eg. cheap looking).
There must be a million old guys like me with the same issue - all the cool colorways only go up to size 36 or so.
Thanks.

Funny thing is I am looking for "pants of color".
