My dad sold all the heavy equipment (CAT) to these guys and he's been out at the site a couple times. This project has been in the making for quite some time and when all is said and done this facility will be top notch. I'll be spending lots 'o time here. :D

No, unlike the Comp Park knuckleheads, these people are well-funded and professional - Big Jim Facuitto is nowhere to be found at this place.

Plus the dirt is a lot better than that gravel pit Comp Park II had to make into a racetrack.

I cant wait, no more need to drive to Cahuilla..
