They used to come stock on TM's and VOR's. If I'm not mistaken, they are or were affiliated with Kayaba. I had the 46's on my 02 TM, they weren't horrible but nothing special.

TM, VOR and CRE (Kevin Hines) imported the CRE to the U.S back in the mid to late 90's.
