kids a ripper for sure, saw him at the Johnsonville LLQ. I'm not sure I would put him top 10. I'd guess him around T Masterpool and D Drake give or take a spot or two. I think he has the most potential I've seen in awhile.

Due to a rule change, A riders can now hit a couple nationals and still do LL’s. So Pierce is doing LL still this year but also select nationals before hand, this weekend is his first. Good luck Pierce!

If he races the next few nationals before LL I wouldn't be surprised if he scored too many points to be eligible to race at the ranch.

It's a crazy world we live in...I think he is 17? This is like playing in a couple of NFL games, and then going back to play in your High School Championship game.......

He was also able to stay in B class after winning the National Championship a couple of years ago because if his age..

I'm not sayin Yay, or Nay...I'm just sayin...Damn!

and yes I think he is 100% and will do great, good luck to him!

Are we seeing a youth movement? 1st Masterpool and now Brown both 17

Kid has talent and can rip a 2 smoke. But this is the big show. Too young, needs more time. Not a Jedi yet. He will be 10th-15th with Masterpool.

Damon Bradshaw was winning 250 (450) supercross races, plural, at 17. YouTube 1990 supercross and watch that kid. He was otherworldly at 17! That said, good luck to Pierce and all the young bucks this weekend!!!

I couldn’t find this anywhere on the MXSports pro racing website nor could I find it in the rule book. Can you or someone link me?

Yes according to the rules if Prado win his 2nd title this year then he won’t be able to compete in Mx2 next year and has to move up to MX1. BUT Luonggo can change the rules in order to keep Prado in Europe if he smells he could go to USA.

Honestly, i would love to see Prado and Gajser make the move here in the states but on the other hand thinking about an MXGP field with Prado / Herlings / Gajser / Febvre / Cairoli going at it is pretty appealing too !

Yup, didn't he change them for Herlings so he could stay in MX2?

Same with MXSports, didn't they change the age rule when AC was rumored to be thinking about going to MXGP they put it back to 16?

i'm so stoked yet so scared, everyone will have such crazy expectations. i want him to show his true speed and ability but at the end of the day i want him to have a good fun, safe, debut. either way i'm proud as hell of him for getting to this stage.

i'm super bummed i'll be out of town most of tomorrow so i won't be able to watch the races until later at night. i'll be itching to check my phone but i'd rather watch for myself.

Yep and will win his second title barring injury. 2 MX2 world championships at 18 is absolutely insane.

Most of our future stars are racing the B class at Loretta’s at 16-18 years old. And we wonder why we’re falling behind?
