Has anyone had success getting POD knee brace prescription filled. The single medical provider listed on the POD website was useless and there is no direct contact number.

You need the doctor to PX them by name. But it’s a croc. You’re only going to get the px for the knee in question. Not the other. So that’s 1 brace. And, for me, my deductible was more than the braces. So I got pissed off and just bought them myself

In tried to get my Pods or at least 1 of them covered, I had my Dr. Write the script & my provider "Cdphp" still would not pay...Pods were not on the approved list ....I just bought them.....

Same. Even if my dr requested them ( which he did like the Pods ) they weren’t on the list from my provider.
