what about weege...the dude is fact and stat driven and is smart....maybe not the best voice but come on we cant sound like like we dont know the sport...

i just hope shaheen is in the booth. that guy never ceases to amaze me with his deep knowledge for the sport and an affinity to getting every riders name and brand of bike correct every time. the guy is the RC of the motocross announcing world.

I am a Bailey fan. But my son and I were watching old races a while back, and The first thing he said was, 'Dad they dont seem as excited". I suppose I never really noticed, But the enthusiasm really makes the race. David just didnt have it... If Someone went down, It was just like 'and-Lusk-taking-a-soil-sample-there". Sheheen at least gets into it, and really seems to enjoy it. It could be better though. Fro is the man...

Seriously you guys can tolerate Emig but can't tolerate Sheheen?

Personally I can't tolerate either one but damn Jeff attempting to spit out words is like listening to a record that's skipping.

I think Sheheen does a decent job. How much can the color guy do?
I still remember Eckman talking about a "KTW" one time...ouch. and Huffman getting the city wrong that the race was happening in...etc.

You should have heard Jeff when he was younger. He has come a LONG way, he had a horrible studdering problem. I mean BAD. Almost sad really. You would have never in a million years thought hed be commentating. But he made all the other kids feel even worse on the track! lol My older brother had the same problem, when you got those two together, a one minute conversation turned into ten... haha
But what he went throgh with speaking as a kid , I say good for Jeff!!!

Trust me, I remember.

I was at Gatorback when he won the 125 class and remember Larry Maiers interviewing him. It was painful.
