This might be harsh, but if it were my call, I would black flag mcadoo for that. Nothing against the guy, and just my opinion from the couch, but they weren't going fast, there were obvious flags waving, lights flashing, and very clearly medics on the track. There's no reason at all that he should've hit the medic and Alex.
