After Tomac gave up on jumping the whoops he picked up some speed. Set the fastest lap of the heat .8 better than the next guy.

He is gonna sweep around the outside with his crappy gate pick and get his best start in several weeks.

There were some 'hog wild' moments in that race, a few in very rapid succession - Plessinger front end hugely high in the whoops, Ferrandis getting sketchy, a fair few times, then, Osborne going hard left ( when I'd say he wanted to go straight ahead Woohoo ) out of a corner.

Lots of things going on with this track.

I thought, watching the 250 heats, that I was just seeing blokes that are a bit race rusty, combined with a bit of youthful (other than the old stagers out there) enthusiasm, but with seeing the 450s riders seemingly having a batch of near disasters, the track might be a bit "how'r ya goin".....
