How are you guys buying the new Hoosiers? Can you get better pricing through any dealers? just curious, thanks in advance for any advice!

The new Dunlop mx33 front sucks. I liked the mx3s but hate the 33

Being in California I'd get in touch with Hoosier Tire West. If you don't buy from them they can get you in touch with dealers they've set up.

Best I can find is $200 shipped to me from the distributer in Fresno. Not bad pricing

I wish they had an option for no white lettering on the side. I'm not running a dragster over here.....

Although my 300 is pretty fuckin quick.

Just soap up a scrub brush and clean it off after you get them mounted. The white paint that Hoosier uses on their tires isn’t very resilient.

Yeah I'm waiting on an 80 front and 100 r18 rear. Putting wide tires on the baby 2 stroke just feels like a recipe for disappointment.

I think they look pretty sharp, personally. Hook up damn well too. Made in U.S.A. and light where it actually counts. I'm liking the performance feel. I'm a die hard Michelin/Pirelli guy, but so far so good with these.

The 110/90-19 works just fine on a 125 because they run small and have a lighter carcass weight than your average rear knobby. Give it a shot.

As innocently and non threateningly as I can ask- why is everyone all over these tires? Can someone explain to me like i'm a toddler? Is it because they are made in America? Is it the company's heritage? Are they super light? Good grip? Are these tires worth it for a weekend rider or are they all performance?

I am going to be needing tires soon and have absolutely no idea what I will be getting.

I personally wouldn’t run Hoosiers after all of the cheesy fan boy posts on social media acting like they lost their virginity. I’ll stick to Michelin Starcross fives - best tire out there.

The only front they sell is an 80. The 110 Hoosier is lighter than the 100 Dunlop and only slightly bigger.
Give them a shot....

I ordered MX25 front and rear on Tuesday from the Fresno dist and they showed up the very next day in SoCal I haven't tried them yet

Probably going with a set of these once my oem bridgestones wear out on my Yamaha. Anything other than bridgestones basically....

You wont be seeing it in the canyons with the drag set up on it.. Skinny's in front and slicks in the back. My "canyon" wheels are at the powder coater. lol

All of the above.. lighter weight than comparable off the shelf tires, very good grip.. more so than the most popular tire on the market... If you ride a 450 they will have about the same life span as anything else out there. get the harder compound mx30 and it will work well in all conditions and last the longest...

funny thing is i had a set of mx33's set aside for my 125 project, now i just want to wear them out so i can get another set of hoosiers for this bike too.. currently have hoosiers on my 250f 450f and i dont think i will be going back to any other brand.

Agreed

I have Hoosiers on 3 of the 4 bikes I own and as soon as I can wear out the Dunlop’s on my other bike, it’ll get a new set of Hoosiers as well.

For the record, the MX20 compound lasted just as long as the mx25, but I was riding mostly LACR (soft terrain) with it. Although I rode it at Milestone, I5, Cal City and Zaca Station too.

Well thats just stupid. Ignore what may be the best tire made because people like them? With that logic i hope you don't ride a honda, yamaha kawasaki suzuki, ktm or husky because they have diehard fans.
