No it’s not the old weird guy. He’s busy crafting his letter to Webb. Don’t give up. You can do it.

I swear if the guy didn't have absolute garbage luck he would have no luck at all, every time this stuff happens I can't even believe it at this point. Regardless of what happened tonight though, he's shown time and time again he absolutely has the speed and was looking outstandable all night, eventually the universe is going to run out of ways to shit on the show.

Roczen has always been pretty consistent with however he races though, not up and down week in and out like some other guys. If he has it dialed like this he should be a contender for the win in each of these last races.

Roczen crossed the pond to attain the toughest title in history, the SX title. Along with Tomac, the window of opportunity is passing for him, and it goes to show just how great guys like MC, RC, RV, and Dungey were.

The speed he has been showing these last weekends is above anyone else. By far! He won a 12min triple crown by 10sec! He just has alot of bad luck. People crashing in front of him or into him. He's only 24, so he has alot of chances to win a sx title left.

He was absolutely flying in that first race in Houston. He looked fantastic again all day today and was clearly the best guy, and that whoop speed was unreal. I was getting so excited for him to chase down Cooper and pass him but of course.. the moto god's shit all over him once again.

What in the world are you talking about? Roczen is alot younger than tomac, he is only 24. He won the 450 outdoor title when he was only 19! Tomac will likely be gone several years before roczen, injurys aside of course.

Crap luck again tonight but he got up and still had great speed. He's still real young and I don't know about you guys but I'm looking forward to watching Kenny as he continues to get more and more comfortable after 2 gnarly injuries.

If I’m Kenny I’m back at the Honda rig saying... “You know what my lucks improving!!! You know why? Because last week I would’ve been run over by 7 privateers when I rolled over the berm!! Things are looking up!!”
That’s how crap his luck has been.

So 2017 Dungey would have been 27 and 5 month?

Imagine id Reed had won in 2011 or 2012, would have thrown those stats out of proportion a little bit.

Are you anywhere near the cobbled climbs of the Tour of Flanders today? It’s a dream of mine to watch a Northern Classic over there someday. (Sorry to hijack this thread with a pro cycling comment).

Luck has a way of evening out over time. Roczen has so much skill that he won’t be held out from the top step much longer. 2020 should be a great year of SX for him.

Was hard to tell from the TV coverage but isn't there a track safety issue when one is able to roll off a berm and into the racing line of bikes running the opposite way?

This was my point that the downvoting dickheads missed, it had nothing to do with his age. It seems to be the case that the longer a rider is in the 450 class without winning a title, the less likely they are to win a title. New talent along with age, confidence, injuries all play a role. My other point was that when guys like MC, RC, RV, and Dungey win multiple titles in a row, it goes to show just how incredibly hard it is, and shows how great a rider they were.

Roczen’s explosion, speed, technique are back, and he has momentum at the end of the series. I predict he wins at least Vegas as well as the 450 MX title. Sign him ASAP Honda!

Anyone remember 2016 Roczen? He caught fire at the end of the sx season challenging and beating Dungey.
Well, everybody knows what happened outdoors...

I hope his luck starts to change for the better. He is so good for this sport. Even if this bad luck continues, hypothetically of course, and he continues to push and fight as he has, I think his legacy will motivate fans and riders for years to come. Everyone wants to win every race, but the fact that he doesn’t give up motivates the shit out of me.

Cheers, Ken.
