So many storylines this weekend but one i haven’t heard anyone talk about is the final race between Eli and Sexton on a moto track. Honestly can’t wait to see this, though who knows, they might not even be near each other on the track, we’ll see.

Oh I would bet at the end of the moto they will be as close as they have been all year! Maybe cross the finish together both hand’s raised in victory for the USA.

Yeah, he will slow up when they are waving the blue flag at him to get out of the way...

I don't think your comment is going to age well.

They’ll have a team plan that will based on getting the most points.

Hopefully that plan involves just doing what they’ve done all season and pushing each other. Holy hell both of them were hauling ass. Leeett’s gooo!!

Correct! I’d be damn surprised if he can keep that pace the entire moto on the 450. Going to be awesome to see him try though.

Just wondering why you guys don’t think he can hold pace for 30+? He didn’t look tired after a single moto this year. Yes the 450 is a different beast but Jett’s fitness has never been an issue in the past. Definitely not enough for him to drop off after 10 anyway.

For clarity I do not think Jett is gonna beat these guys, but I also don’t think he’ll drop anchor.

I think Jetts gonna win 450 races and championships in the next 3-4 years, at the longest, but it typically takes a few years to get the strength and control to ride a 60+ hp bike consistently. The first few races, especially one with the attention of the MXdN, most guys either fade or crash. Especially on the 450 Honda with it’s disappearing front wheel..

Uhh.. so much for Jett fading out of the lead..

Impressive ride, credit where credit is due, to Jett for the individual win and to Team USA for winning the whole thing!

Cooper, Eli and Sexton teamed up perfectly, what a great performance!

It’s not often(never) people come back and quote themselves to admit they miscalled it. I salute you sir!

I’m a Jett fan and I 100% agreed with your first post, but then Jett went and proved us wrong. He rode like a 450 veteran. Such a great race.

I’m as shocked as anyone to see Jett pulling the overall, if he can transition that smoothly in all conditions he’s gonna be in the fight for a 450 championship within the next two years, maybe even next year. I’d like to see how he handles a hard packed track, that’s the next test.

So hard to say but he was the fastest qualifier on the Saturday.

Listening to Tomac. He's not done yet. I still say '23 MX is still on the table. He won't walk away if he's winning like this.
