Every fucking time he mentions Canard, he mentions ryan morais (sp) landing on him. He announces it like it was all ryan's fault.
Really, 3-4 times per broadcast, give it a break douche. You can talk about Treys courageous return without making it seem like the accident was all Morais's fault. This rant has nothing to do with Trey, just seems like a classless move, and just tired of hearing it. Thanks i'm better now.

Seriously, that topic felt like it made up at least 1/4 of their commentary content.

i don't feel like he is making it out to be ryan's fault....... but i do feel like he is going to jinx canard. TC41 needs to keep that night out of his head...... not revisit it every single race day.

I agree. Thats enough talking about it, just focus on how well Trey is riding and how he is a genuine contender for this C Ship.

I even mentioned this to my wife when he brought it up for the third or fourth time.

I believe Shaheen has a touch of dementia, thinking every time he mentions it it is for the first time.

How about Emig at the end of the race say "We can talk about it but I don't want to see it again". Almost like he was telling Ralph to STFU!

Not a word about Morais's career being over after that wreck with Canard. Love TC41, but some respect to Ryan Morais would be nice!

I can follow bringing up Canards injury for the casual fanbase that cbs brings in but Yea,... I felt like bringing up Ryans name repeatedly put some blame on Ryan. I also appreciated Emig saying he didnt really need to see that crash again. Good on Emig.

I think Ralph may have just been reciting the story for the casual viewer that doesn't follow the sport. We know all about Trey's history because we're moto addicts but I've heard them say in the past that they dumb down the telecasts for a more general audience when they're on CBS.

I agree that we've now seen it ~100 times, and I don't want to see it again either, but if telling that story on the CBS broadcast earned a few more moto fans and maybe another Trey fan, then I have no problem with them showing it.

They should back off with mentioning Ryan that way and tell the truth, a loose tuff block cover caused that horrible crash.

Every time he mentions anybody he has to mention what freaking color bike he is on! C'mon, how many people don't know the colors of the brands? Say their number if you have to say anything......

I was thinking the same thing watching it. Kind of classless not to mention Morais' condition or anything

I need to go back to the recording and count how many times I heard the Canard crash story, and the total elapsed time of conversation about it.

I respect both Ryan and Trey coming back from injury but for fuksake Ralph once maybe twice a broadcast is enough. If he keeps this up every weekend I will rip the ears off my head! !!

No kidding. I felt irritated big time. I like Ralphie, but damn he was on my nerves today.

The commentary was not very insightful.

I thought it was cool of Emig finally commenting that we didn't need to see that footage anymore, kinda felt like it was directed towards the networks or whoever was in charge. It's like someone decided that now Trey has come back and is fine that they now have the go ahead to wear that footage out, its ridiculous

Yeah the director or whoever probably wants it brought up when Canard is up there (which is every race) for those who are tuning in to SX telecast for the first time. They just NEED to get away from it.

Although, we still see Doug Henry's re-entry into the atmosphere every year at Budd's Creek on "Henry Hill". That's only been 18 years ago this summer.

I don't disagree. I think a little piece on Ryan and what he's accomplished and where he's at would be cool.

I thought I was the only one finding that comment incredibly annoying! Can only hope Ralph gets word of this "constructive criticism" and does something about it.

Yes, the consensus is Ralph is a fucking douche nozzle and needs to STFU.
