Oakland disappointment

So I bring my 3 year old so to his first sx for his birthday, went to the truck after practice for his nap hit the fates at 4 and can't get back in. We spent a good amount of money to get here we have our tickets we have or re entry stubs and we have wristbands for the pits/ general admission and still got told to hit the road. I'm a lifelong fan who was trying to share this with my son, but this will be the last sx I attend. I am seriously thinking the sx circus will no longer be a part of my life.
Sorry for the rant but I'm pissed in the parking lot

Normally they designate a pass out re-entry gate. Try entering at a different gate. Hurry. 450 heats coming up.

I think these decisions are made by the stadium. I know the rules differ from venue to venue. Hate to hear you got stuck outside the stadium.

I think it's more of an Oakland stadium issue imo. That's complete crap and you need to complain your way back in. I would never let that slide without making such a stink about it that I would have to be escorted out. Where are you now?

Sorry, Oakland has done that every time I've been there. Oakland is just a shithole, which is why I'm watching it on TV from 2 hours away. See if you can get a hold of someone in the pits, pit passes don't have the re entry issue. Team and riders used to have stickers(I think they were stickers) that would turn your gen admission ticket into like a friends/family pass. Maybe someone can answer if they still do this, or call someone in the pits to help you out.

Part of the reason I don't attend in person anymore. Rules seem to change race to race. It's almost as if they have a plan to burden paying fans. Such a bizarre marketing strategy.

Gave him his first dirt bike yesterday so we can just spend our weekends riding from now on. Supercross will no longer be in our life. Bring on the great outdoors

They have signs all over saying no re-entry but I would think they would let this go. I saw that assumed that they wouldn't really make a deal of it.
Have your friends go to guest services and explain the situation. You should be able to get back in.

If you have the industry wrist bands, go to the pits and go through the industry gate. There's a route the team and family members that have those have to use to get back and forth to the pits and stadium during race time. Hopefully this helps man.

I've been told by a pretty close source that the reason Feld is in Oakland is because they get the stadium for free, Oakland gets the parking and concessions which is why it's outrageous to park. Now that the circus has left town I wouldn't expect things to get better.

Damn bummer.. 3 year old kid probably not a great idea anyway, maybe shoulda waited til he's 5 or 6. Either way you got corn holed.... Don't give up and get yer ass in there. Wrist bands will get you through the pit gate I believe.
