OTD price 2020 CRF250

Any advice on what to offer a dealer for new 2020, without getting laughed out of the dealership? The only 2020s leftover are about 3 hrs from me (all still listed at full price). My local dealer does have a new 21 (apparently, there is NO difference between the 20 and 21, not even the graphics).

At this point any dealer with 2020s listed at full price has them for a reason. It is probably full retail plus a lot of fees.

Paid $9347.55 OTD last weekend. $7699 base price, $380 destination, $288 prep, $150 doc fee, $145 license, $687 sales tax. Hope this helps. Edit: This was for a CRF450. Sorry i should've read the title better.

Oregon, but I had to pay Washington sales tax. That was for a 2020.

I’ve herd if you buy in Oregon and pay cash and plan on just riding “on your land” aka not forest lands you can get away with not paying the sales tax.

That is true. I plan on actually riding this on some public lands also so I went ahead and payed it now. My last KTM I bought in Oregon and they gave me the MSO without paying taxes. Allegedly, if they catch you with no ORV tab they record the Vin and then you have to pay the fine and the tax plus penalty.
