I will not spend a penny on gear commemorating a man who cant stand for his Nation's Anthem! A nation with a economic system that allowed him to see wealth beyond the comprehension of most in the world! Millions to chase after a ball... and boo-hoo I am so oppressed! Fuck off! Should re-name him "bitch mode"!

Yup how supposedly free citizens treat a flag or a song is way more important than how a country treats it's citizens.
Of course you will say but the flag represents the military. Even if that was true how does saluting a flag help homeless, permanently injured and traumatized veterans?
Lynch has his own charitable foundation and gives back to the community with time and money. What are you doing aside from just standing up for a song? My guess would be nothing.

It's a shame that you don't value freedom as much as those who are willing to take a stand and fight for it.

Exactly. It’s like people are demanding a totalitarian system... with state run media and no freedom to protest against the mistreatment of citizens... the song is a symbol of freedom - the freedom to kneel down and protest the lack of freedoms of some citizen. Anyone that value freedom of speech and freedom of expression should be right there with him. Freedom above all else.

This could be amongst the most ignorant, privileged comments I’ve ever read on vital. And that’s a really sad bar to clear...

You work for Border Patrol...but you don't support the right to non-violent protest by minorities trying to find a way to stop the abuse being inflicted on them by officers of the law. Shocking...seems we've found the problem.

Never thought I'd see the day where something posted in an american based forum representing patriotism would have more thumbs down than thumbs up. Sad.

Some officers not all. He can protest all he wants but stand for our flag; our anthem. That is what unites us as Americans....without that; chaos.

Times are changing. People are more important than bloody flags.

Lynch is an idiot, complained because. He had to attend a super bowl media tv interview. Fuckem.

Who gives a shit if they make it available? Shitty attempt at capitalizing on some clown that played in the NFL and is trying to stay relevant.

You do realize these athletes don't fund these charities, right? Lebron James "built" a school here in Ohio. Which was built on sponsor and donor dollars.

|

6/19/2019 4:19 PM

Of all the things to waste energy and get up in arms about. We as a society have become so invested in trivial bullshit that means absolutely nothing to keep us all clucking around like chickens. Once you log off Vital you won't give 2 shits about what O'Neal is doing with "Beast Mode" gear or what ML did to take a stand during the season.

Hate all you want about LeBron not spending his own money. But do you honestly believe that school would be built and built as nicely as it was if LeBron didn’t associate himself with the project?

I like the Beast Mode gear!

Who said I was hating anyone? I was stating a fact. Celebrities put their names on things, not necessarily their money. People like Andrew Carnegie and JD Rockefeller funded their charities.

I was already looking at these pants.

Photo

Having the BEAST MODE jersey plus another jersey would be ideal since they'd both match the pants and they're made for hot weather.

Probably this jersey since it isn't branded by any gear company.

https://motoxxx.com/collections/jerseys/products/moto-xxx-vented-jersey-white

I wanted the MotoXXX Jersey that Gared Steinke was wearing but it's not vented and TLD doesn't have their hot weather Air line of gear with black pants and I already have white pants so I didn't want more white pants. So I've been looking around at different options.

SE even made a cruiser after him. As a Seattlile, I thank him for the work he did for The Hawks, he was an amazing football player and had a big hand in a superbowl win. However, I don't miss him.
