Because motocross is 90% rider. Remember the short red headed kid from Florida that rode green, red and then yellow bikes. He did pretty well on all of them. If your fast, your fast. If your wild and out of control, a bike won't change that. If your really fast but inconsistent, different bike won't change it. And lastly, if your a head case known for crashing, well, that's just what you do. Change bikes all ya want, the rider is still the determining factor every time.
