Like the title says, I can’t find them anywhere. Everyone I’ve tried in the U.S.A says they don’t have the templates yet. Maybe my vital friends can point me in the right direction.

I'd check with BikeGraphix. I know they were making templates awhile back so I'd assume they're probably able to do kits by now
