Then again Bagget likes hard packed tracks and St Jean d'angely is just that, unless it rains and then its treacherous.

He's from California, I think thats why I think he struggled a bit, not burn out.

Dont think you can underestimate a guy like him if its dry and fast! Smile

riders from other countries are just as good as US riders... the shocking revelation that your nationality does not make you better than anyone else. Fast is fast, nationality has nothing to do with it.

The US guys are lucky they didn't race Herlings and Roczen in Lommel at the GP! lol

would have loved to see herlings ride round southwick yesterday!!! think he would have been miles infront in those conditions (in either class)

Okay, mccread, exactly what sort of misguided common sense are you trying to espouse here?!

Some riders can ride in the sand. Some can't.

On that same note, wasn't Marvin Musquin a two time GP champ? No disrespect to Marvin, but making sweeping generalizations that put riders into pigeonholes because of their national origin is silly. If that's the case, South African riders are the best sand riders in the world, so all you have to do to figure out who's going to win Lommel is look at the entry list and pick a South African.

They just want to run the bigger, better series for more money.

Or maybe they like McRibs.

Speaking of nationalities, why aren't there Japanese riders in the US nationals any more, they used to represent!!

Just like how "Fast is Fast" - no matter where you are from.... This thread and some of the posts prove "Dumb is Dumb" - no matter where you are from.

+1

I think our Des Nations record points to the quality of moto riders from the U.S.

The podium (and series points) at MX338 speaks to the fact that the championships that matter on this planet are the U.S. Nationals, which as a nation we are very proud of.

I love it , most of the worlds best riders come over here to race . I wish Everts ( one of my favorites ) came over , because I would have loved to see him ride in person . I hope AC 222 will come over , because I would love to see him ride in person .
Its better racing over here when most of the worlds best riders are racing here . We are lucky as fans to have this .

I wish AC would come here as well, but I doubt he will. I think he will stay in the GPs to break Everts' records.

No No No , we say the National series in America is superior to the FIM "world championship series" and that is why so many riders from other countrys are racing the Nationals. Wink

We have a better dental plan, showers, females with shaved armpits, less rain........and overall, pro motocross champions from the USA are much better looking........................and we proved who's better every year at the MXDN.
