Anyone know what brand we see many of the pros using, particularly in MX? Asking for my wife who claims I snore.

I've tried a few things available. Can't find anything that looks like them on Amazon. Would help if I had a name to search.

It's a good idea to wipe your greasy nose with an alcohol swab before applying. I prefer the extra strength ones.

The Asterisk nose things only work with goggles because it uses magnets to hold your nostrils open but that would be a kinky way to spice things up in the bedroom.

This has been bugging me too. After some research what we're seeing is a new version of Castillo's AC system, which is what I figured. No goggle clip required To be released soon.

Alcohol clean your nose and use the cheap ones. They work great if you get all the oil off of your skin

The fancy ones I'm sure work. But they're just trying to sell you a product...

kb228 nailed it. I bought some on Amazon and they work great according to my wife. I’m asleep so I wouldn’t know. The only problem I had was for the first few nights I would wake up in the middle of the night swatting at my face thinking a bug flew in my nose, but I got used to them. I bought the SnoreCare brand and it came with 4 different sizes/styles to fit different nostrils.

I have those but I think the ones I've used are too big so I end up take ng them out and haven't tried again for awhile. I'm going to give a smaller set a try tonight.

Get an adjustable bed and elevate your head. Helped my wife tremendously.

I don't think these will help most folk's snoring issues. Most snoring is usually obstructive issues that happen when laying on your back and the back of your throat then gets partially blocked as your lower jaw slides back a bit. When that happens it obstructs airflow thru the mouth or nose. Mouth piece or CPAP would be more effective for that kinda issue.

Correct, but the way I understand it(and in my personal experience), the jaw slides back when you open your mouth to breathe. Most people who mouth breathe do so because they can’t get enough air flow through their nose. If you can improve air flow through the nose, there’s no need to open your mouth to compensate, thus the jaw doesn’t slide back and obstruct the airway and cause snoring. I’m a back sleeper and almost bought a mouth piece but it was like $100 and the nose tube things were $15, so I figured I would try them first and then buy the mouthpiece if they didn’t work. Surprisingly they worked. Everyone’s body is different, but improving air flow through the nose should work for most. I would start with the cheapest fix and then move up to a mouthpiece and then a CPAP machine if neither of those worked.
