Fast Freddy rode great... I hope someone steps up and JGR needs it right now, seems like a good fit.

If this is true, I wonder how long it will take him to get used to the Zuk? Freddy does his best work on a Honda.

Noreen will stay at Honda, it is even possible that he will be signed as Roczen team mate - Cole will most likely retire.

I see Joey going to JGR making room for Adam (if he moves up), if not Joey stays with Tomac on a one year extention.

Martin D is looking for a ride but his prospects are looking thin. Hey may call it a day.

Obviously all speculation...

Why is Factory Honda stalling on him?

Fast Freddie to JGR. He's been riding great and deserves a spot on a good team. Savagty will be Kenny's teammate next year

Good luck to fast Freddy @ JGR. Need to see the Suzuki out on the track and running top 10.

I would assume Hill will not be seen on it again.

I am worried that if Fast Freddie slows down on a Suzuki what that may mean for JGR.

JGR is such a cool team, they just can't seem to get a bike to agree with their riders. I'm pulling for them and hope whoever they sign comes out swinging!

This is cool that Freddy gets some help but one has to wonder if his results will dip. He's been on Hondas for a long time, tough to hop on the Suzuki (even a factory bike) and immediately get up to speed. If things go backwards the next 2 weekends I hope people cut him and JGR a bit of slack.

I just don't see this logic

What is it about the bike you think is their problem???

It ran up front in sx - with riders who historically weren't sx specialists in the 250 class...
Reed took it to a top 10 off the couch last year in outdoors

If peick had been healthy this year - I have no doubt he would be getting some top 5s

The bike at their level - is maximum 10 percent off the best bike out there. I'd wager its within 3-5 percent.

It was one race for a few minutes where Eli struggled. Some people act like it’s a normal occurrence.

Just out of curiosity, what are the rest of Norens results this year? Too lazy to look them up.

I don't know about the top 10 or 20 level, but it seems like people generally swap between Suzuki and Honda pretty well and I'm sure the bike makes plenty of power. Plus, FN doesn't seem like the kind of guy that needs top shit to get good results, so I'm going to guess he adapts well and turns in similar results pretty much straight away.

I'm talking about the big picture and the historic precedent that JGR may have a hard time getting bikes to align with riders preferences, see: Justin Barcia, Stewart, Millsaps.

The 250 this year seemed OK in supercross, as did the 450, but in outdoors a few percentage points makes a bigger difference.

Reed also got a top 10 at the last round of the nationals, which is significantly less impressive than say, at the opening round. Also, it was Reed, he is one of the greatest of his generation, so it's not all that surprising.

So Noren already has twice as many 450 top 10s as JGR/Suzuki. Would be a great pickup.

My thoughts

If Freddy would visit this site he would know that Zook is heavy sheit. Also JGR is cursed.

I was just stating a fact, because I was standing there watching it go down. If you would like to add more, knock yourself out!

One thing that will be important is how good of a tester he is. Getting the Suzuki dialed in for him will be the first challange. I beleive he has done testing for Honda. I don't know about Hill's testing and communication abilities. Most of the guys who ride for Procircuit pick up a lot of testing knowledge from Bones. It's going to be interesting to see.

The results will suffer and its not because the suzuki is junk. Noren likes the honda and is fast on the honda. Kind of a catch 22 because obviously he doesn't want to keep coming out of pocket to go racing so taking the deal is a no brainer.

My speculations-

Noren to JGR (outdoors)
Savatgy to Honda (2020)
AC to Kawasaki (450) (2020)
Davalos ~ retirement after outdoors
Seely ~ TBD after shoulder heals up. There are a couple teams interested from what I am hearing.

My 2 cents.....

Dear sweet eight pound, six ounce, newborn baby Jesus, please make Honda get their shit together and sign Norén for outdoors before JGR ruins him

There’s nothing to add. I’m not knocking Noren. I hope he gets a good ride and makes good money. I wish everyone who qualifies for the nationals had good rides and made good money. I was just stating a fact as well. It was one race for a few minutes where Eli struggled. It was absolutely 100% not the norm.

^^^ This i'd even say there is no difference in the bikes
