That big sweeper by the pole looks like it could be interesting.

Only one corner that is 90 degrees on the whole track. Nice.

What is up with the short start straight? Why not continue on down the full straight to the far left turn? Or am I misunderstanding how it will be run?

Looks like the start is only about 5.5 truck lengths or so. . . if the model is to scale. Ha.

I was wondering that also. They've already utilized that room and they're headed the same direction, might as well let them grab 4th.

I wonder what the gap is on that double with the holeshot line as the landing. And is that a double? I watched the Encore Track Preview but that guy was quading shit that isn't doable haha.

---side note to the guy who play that track preview. make your jump combos realistic, they don't want to see you jumping clear across the whole section.

Maybe there is some kind of rule about not having any bumps in the start straight?
I guess it's a good thing that I am not in charge. Things would be different.

Probably so they don't send a pack of bikes into that long rhythm section on the first lap at high speed.

I'm picking either Tomac or Anderson for the W.

That appears to be a sand section at the end. Probably didn't want to send the pack WFO 4th gear into sand. Every start would be a shit show.

I think that is a runaway truck ramp off the start.

Triple looks like its before the sweeper. Start looks short to avoid the sand section. Heres the original drawing.

Hasn't he had the fastest lap during the race every week so far?

Looks like a pretty big double after the start-straight-sand-section is also maybe a substitute for a triple

I actually really like the look of that track, yes lap times will probably be in the 55 sec mark but still looks good!!!

Their version of the "Joker Lane", use it to avoid the pile up of all those bikes on the gate cramming together in the first turn after a short start straight.

They should throw a sand start straight in just once.

Remember when coming up short meant an endo?

Now the third is a glorified bump that 85s can clear.

You're a dummy.

The big double that jumps over the first turn is the same size as a regular SX triple.

They are all the same for the last what? 20 years now. About 65 feet. Only now the actual "triple is more a double with a 3rd hump after.

If you case it, you''re not going to endo.

We've actually seen quite a few riders go over the bars the last couple years when they come up short on a triple.

I feel like this is a very thinly-veiled "I don't like four strokes" post

Ah remember when only the top 3-5 guys would attempt the triple. I miss those days but it would take 90-100 foot gaps to accomplish that with the 450's now. Stew would do it.

If that first pic is remotely close to scale, the jump after the sand is no way a double. Its probably just a single to slow everyone down. If it was a double, they would be in some trouble when they crash into the sign overhead of the landing. I could be wrong, but by that diagram, there is no way.
