That is clearly an advertise for Seven/TLD. Not Stewie in the picture and TLD helmet. TLD often uses Astar boots in their advertising.

Having seen all of the new line up, I can tell you all that that James and Troy have knocked it out of the park. There are some cool stuff JS hasnt worn yet that look even better than what hes actually been ridng with!

They were an interesting (and costly) experiment. Guess Nike changed directions.

Guess that was yesterday then, my MXOS seemed like a pretty good idea, and was accepted.

I met with some Nike execs last year and had a chance to ask about the boots. I was told they never intended to sell them to the public. It was mostly a marketing move to promote the Nike brand.

So is the gear they had for 2013 never available? I never saw it on the market and yet they are already releasing new 14 stuff?

Looks good though

Yeah, that is what I remember reading also.
It was an action/extreme sports campaign for Nike 6.0.
I guess they're reworking the brand more for Snowboarding, Surf, and Skate.
But they'll still focus a bit on wakeboarding, moto and BMX - just cut down some effort.

I believe TCX actually made the boots for Nike. They were never intended for sale to the public

Stewie is still wearing the Nike boots. The picture of seven gear with Astars boot and TLD helmet have nothing to do with James sponsorship with Nike. He wears a bell helmet which is also not pictured, so not much can be assumed from this picture haha. Dungeys out at Nike forsure but not Stewart. Hes been posting pictures of him still wearing them so i dont think Nikes given up.

That just means JS hasn't signed any new boot deal yet...

^^This....

Also...you're dead wrong with your "not much can be assumed from this picture". Stewart himself IG'd the pic to begin with, and if you think for one second that Stewart won't leave Bell for TLD (especially considering that TLD makes SEVEN gear in the first place), you've got another thing coming.

You realize Seven posted these pictures earlier this year during the SX season right? Thats like you saying hes leaving redbull because its not in this picture haha. Hes not just a sponsored Seven rider, he is basically co owner. So youre saying he'd leave a paycheck from bell to wear a helmet hes not getting paid to wear? When that makes sense, let me know.
