New track pics from Flying High MX(aka Billy Woods track) just outside of Dade City.
Track in made of sand with allot of hard packed dirt on all the jumps and turns. Track holds up very well. They have jump through many hoops to open this track, even had to put in 6 disable parking spaces (unfreaking real).

Ditto the questions from Ing? And what kind of facilities does he have? Maybe a website with information (no luck with google)?
And Yoho never did get his "other" track opened to the public did he.......reminds me to write a letter to my buddies dad who is on the county commission....lol
And I was wandering around google from Demons post, and stumbled on to this fine looking facility...

"Hello to everyone, this weekends race has been canceled due to a fine print rule with the state park behind the race track. Seems there was a small area of fine print that states that the state park holds 3 events a year and nothing can happen on the tracks property. Problem is no one gave the schedule to Bob Wood till after we scheduled our/his first race. (I smell something) Bob called me in almost a full out panic. Seems this has been the norm for him for over a year. This guy has poured his heart and sole and all his $$$$ to get this going, running into a brick wall every time. BUT he has went forward and this is only a minor set back. We will race there soon! I will give Bob every avenue to get his dream going as he is doing the same for us. so for all you Super Bowl fans, relax, enjoy the weekend. I never plan on having a race on Superbowl weekend or the Daytona 500 and etc,(they keep changing their dates) what I watch out for is what is on a quality calender,Mothers day, Easter, Christmas etc. I worry mostly about Vintage racing first. I am working on rescheduling this race later, I want to announce at this time that the race on Feb 17th at Hardrock is a FLVMX event that will be on the national track so everyone have a chance to tune in and tune up on what they will be racing on at the national, in years past I had a race 3-4 weeks before if I could, hence giving everyone time to regroup and be ready, this year we had only 2 weeks before, not what I like but it could not be helped. What I am asking is this, the Saturday before (the 16th) I want to ask everyone to come up early as they can, pitch in and help get Hardrock into shape to represent us and our efforts. We will supply lunch and drinks for your efforts. Bring weed whackers, trash bags, gloves and what ever you think we will need to spruce things up. Gerald from Magic Screen Graphics is redoing all the signs, Bill is helping as he always has to make up some new banners, we hope to have tough box cover for haybales with our sponsors on them, (really cool idea!) and we are going to place the banners in a good photo opp for great backgrounds. (never know your photo could end up on a cover??? so please tell everyone about the date change and to be at Hardrock on the 16th. Thanks and Go NY!! (going to hear about this I am sure) Woody."
The takeoffs look steep but the landings dont seem to be
Come out there this Friday and see for youyr self,I know I will be there.
