The Shop
Air
Fuel
Oh yeah and tranny oil among some other things. But those three items listed above , if you got it , you're close to getting it fired up.
jump on it while it's moving, pull in the clutch, up shift into 2nd and plop down on the seat at the same time.
If the tire skids up shift into 3rd, open and close the throttle as its turning over while it's moving, until it starts to fire.
It fires off, pull in the clutch, revving up and down until the thing clears out.
You've probably flooded the thing.
Pull the spark plug, it's wet, you flooded it.
If flooded, turn the gas off, spark plug out, kick the hell out of it for awhile, blow that excess fuel out of it, try again.
Welcome to 1969 starting technique for a 2 stroke.
You happen to know anyone that rides in Israel (http://m.vitalmx.com/forums/Moto-Related,20/Offroad-biking-in-Israel,13โฆ)?
If not, there is a pretty famous guy from Bethlehem. Today is his birthday, although donโt know how much riding he does as I think heโs getting a little long in the tooth. Heard he can pond skim better than Pastrami though. Like, he can skim on water, forever.

Geez, thought I was the only guy to try that. Propane torch, tip of plug red hot, slap that sucker in with gloves on,
Kick it quick, does sometimes work.
Guys will jump all on this, but, a can of starting fluid, 2 squirts directly into the carb, was a Godsend on the starting line when I raced a yz 465 open bike.
And before anyone chimes in on how bad it is for the motor, I never seized that bike 2 years running.
