I'm gonna do it. I'm calling you a fricken theif, cause you just stole that bike.
To be fair, that's exactly what I bought 3 years ago, and it looked to be in the same condition and I gave $2200 for mine. Then I put $800 into the suspension. Added an 11 oz. flywheel weight and now she's perfect. I absolutely love this bike.

I'm always searching Craigs List for a RM250 in decent shape. Looks like you found a good one there. Missed that one. I have not had a bike since I sold my 93 RM250 in 1994. Just looking for something to go play on every once and a while.

Lightning78 I saw yours on there the other day also. Looks nice but just out of my price range.

I always cruise too, lookin for those skid row deals. This one I got lucky and the guy labeled the bike as "mx 250 Suzi dirtbike" so searching rm250 wouldn't pull it up.

A V-force 3 reed block, and a pipe/silencer is a must!...so is adding a Stealthy flywheel weight for more tractability IMO, but others don't like it. I'm doing the RMZ plate/fender this winter myself. I always run Wiseco pro-lite pistons and have had nothing but great results. These bikes take awhile to warm up, I always wait till I feel warmth on my rad cap. That's really cheap insurance, and the motor will last a long time. My biggest beef is the super soft stock bolts. I've replaced most of them with track pack ones. Have fun turning under everyone! Wink

Did you try wiseco pistons or Hinson/ebc/dp clutch for comparison just curious?

That track looks like a lot of fun, reminds me of a place around here that got shut down. Great video btw, what was the song at the beginning?
