Bennet’s war. Anyone see it yet? Cheesy but it’s all we got! Definitely entertaining. Wonder who some of the riders are- almost all footage from glen Helen. Why can’t they ever get the sounds right? More 2 strokes sounds from the thumpers

They pitched the movie at all the nationals last year I believe. If you search, you can find some posts on it here. The main character was at Budds Creek last year.

cool story line but it’s very cheesy. Literally just used the tv footage from the National

This movie was better than I expected. Sure, it was a bit cheesy....

I think my favorite character was Cyrus....he was pretty funny.

As an 80s kid I would be all in for some cobra Kai race team. Need more 80s style movies.

I actually thought it was a decent movie. 🤷🏻‍♂️ A little corny but it could have been worse

Watched it with the wife a few weeks ago. We both thought it was pretty decent, was cool they included clips of real racing

|

I thought it was pretty good.

JS7 is the most entertaining rider since Hannah, my first hero,. even living in the frozen north.
Dirt biking from 11 to late 50’s, loves wood riding on the old 525.

Did anyone's wife also say "I can't watch this with you"?

He gives that thing some serious attention.

Corny and predictable at time, but I enjoyed it. Especially in the time of no moto events it was something to watch

I'm still trying to get the balls to click it with the wife next to me 😅

Watched it tonight, ita not that bad. Would probably be much better for non moto guys who wouldn't nitpick the small issues.

Im interested to know if any of the brands had to pay fof their exposure. X brand amd axo gets a ton in this movie

There are two kinds of people against dirt bikes, those who never tried and those who weren't good at them.

The visor being in goon position didn’t help any.

The shop they filmed at is Cycle West in Petaluma Ca. Back in the 70’s I used to beg my dad to stop there so I could just look at all the motorcycles through the window on our way home from the dumps on a Sunday morning. I worked there in my high school years back when shop still got bikes in crates. Cool to see a movie filmed at the shop I worked at when I was a kid.

I went to school and hung out as kids with Ali the shop owner/actor in the movie. He and his brothers always had dirt bikes and some bad ass cars around their house. It was cool to see his brother Pasha (Cyrus) in the movie. A few years back heard Pasha was sponsoring some local SoCal kids which I thought was pretty cool. I’ve also seen in MXA that he promoted some two stroke races which he also raced in.
