The current formula for the motocross of nations dates back to when there was a 125, 250, and 500 cc class. It made sense back then to have one rider from each class. Simple, right?
Now we have three riders from each nation but two of them are on a 450, or “open” class bike. Why not change it up and have 250 4 stroke, 450 4 stroke And a rider on a two stroke. In the United States we have a 125 cc support class at some nationals, and last year they had an EMX 300 2 stroke class at some of the GPs.
I think it would make it a little more exciting and give an opportunity for some different riders to get on the team. What say you?

The Shop
Requiring a two stroke team member would more likely pound another nail in the relevancy of the mxon by making the teams exclusively ktm/hus mounted.
Pit Row
- MXoEN with 2x85ccm riders running two heats and 125-2T+250-4T guys running two heats together from each nation
- WMXoEN with 2 girls from each nation running (i think) two heats together (USA does participate in this)
this is gonna be held in Poland week after MXoN this year
We don't need more events for the sake of having events.
they are warts on what should be a huge showcase to the world of "our" great sport, but small minds with big money rule.
