Title says it all. Just bought a new Tundra CrewMax and needing a tonneau (for multiple reasons haha). I had a cheap clothe type roll/fold up cover on my previous Tundra but thinking of wanting something a bit nicer this go around...and lockable preferably. My biggest concern is making sure a 21" front wheel can still contact the front of the bed AND be able to just good ole tie downs as well...without any interference of the folded up cover. Anyone with good suggestions or experience with this situation?

Thanks!

I have a buddy that got a Switchblade retractable cover for the ability to easily take it off/on. Only takes him like 5 min to take the thing off completely. Might want to look into that one

There are too many covers available in the market. Each person has their needs for the bed.
I had a Solid Fold by Extang. Easy install, easy removed.

What do you want your bed to be?

Hope this will help. https://4wdlife.com/best-tonneau-covers-for-tundra-crewmax

I was never able to haul even 1 bike with a tri-fold cover folded up on my f150 with a 6.5’ bed. The front wheel couldnt touch the bed wall. Had to always take it completely off. Id imagine it would be worse on a 5.5’ bed.
